Shipping and Returns

All your orders will be shipped Priority via Swiss Post, and you will be provided with a tracking number, so you can always know where your parcel is.

Shipping rates

• Switzerland: Free shipping
• Europe: 7.5 EUR, Free shipping on orders over €180
• Rest of the world: 10 EUR,  Free shipping on orders over €180

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Customs:

International orders may be subject to import duty or delays while going through customs. Any additional charges incurred as a result of import duties or other custom protocols are beyond our control and as such the recipient will be responsible for their payment. We advise that you contact your local customs office for further information.
